I don't don't see where you are deriving your "anti-second law" from?
It was ordered...by the second law it loses its order by the disipation of energy. How did you come to the conclusion that an completly ordered system cannot lose its order?
Also, I would ask people to reffer to the opposite of order as Entropy, or Disorder.
Choas is quite a different (but related) concept to disorder.
