I don't think you're weird at all! Looks like quite a few women feel the same way, as do I. =)
I love to fantasize about about another woman joining and all of us touching eachother. I get very excited at the thought of him penetrating the girl I'm interested in at the moment (but she lives pretty far away, so this won't come true for a few months) while she goes down on me, yum!
But as was said, it really is tough to find a compatible woman for the 3rd party! I lucked out... the girl we're thinking of trying this with has become a wonderful friend and we flirt all the time without any troubles, so I think she's a great match for us. I wouldn't do it with anyone I didn't trust.
I do know there are bars or meeting places specifically for swingers. Maybe that's a good place to start, I really don't know for sure. =) Just make sure to be very open and talk about it a *lot* before trying it. Have fun!
