I believe everyone is a hypocrite in some way. I know I am. Everyone I've come to know is a hypocrite in some way or another. One of the most common ways people are hypocrites is when they can dish it out, but can't take it when the table turns.
I will sometimes point out people's hypocrisy if I suspect they are not aware of it. To be aware of a problem is one of the first steps to correcting it.
