Nutritional book

My wife is below her BMI weight but has put on about 4 lbs over her vacation that she can't get off. I think some of it is muscle weight as she is a 5 mile a day runner, and she still fits in the same clothes as she did before. Her only big issue is a love for chocolate and a tendency to binge on Saturday night. We both follow the Weight Watcher's diet and workout daily. She was wanting to see a nutritionist, but I told her that she should get a book on healthy eating that she could refer back to (cheaper than a nutritionist and more likely to get better information that you can look at again and again). Can anyone recommend a book on healthy living that addresses types of food for energy, etc.?
