I think it's supposed to be almost impossible to stay up for this long without sleep, nevertheless after constant use of your brain (so not including something like meditation). I call you a bluff or an exaggerator!

I can't remember how many hours total I've played for straight, however when I was binging on Diablo 2 I would play from ~2:30pm (after school on friday) until at least 5am with only a pizza break which was usually eaten while I was playing Then I'd sleep until noon and start again for as long as possible. So I was pushin solid 12.5 hour sessions during those days. Not bad, never really thought about how much time I was playing!
