I don't know how to do correlational analyses, and I think they are generally suspect anyhow, but here are some simple data about the responses so far:
Mean IQ (taking out anything above 160):

Either people are fudging their scores high, or the test is completely invalid, or respondents are self-selecting for high IQs, or we represent a highly skewed sample, or all of the above.
Mean political compass response:
Economic Left/Right: -2.71
Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.25
And just for shits and giggles, here's a scatter plot of our positions on the political compass:

(Actually, I object to labeling that side of the axis "communist" - it's a politically loaded term and I'm sure most of us don't align with the actual values of communism per se.)
Anybody with some stats background care to take a stab at some more sophisticated analyses?
