Theres something that can somewhat closely measure social aptitude, its the EQ (or Emotional Quotient).
Still though, you can have a 160+ IQ and still be an idiot, it just proves that academically, your sharp as a whip.
Same argument as SATs, they measure how well you take tests.
Take someone to a party - theres your societal test.
