i'm with sailor420. one of my friends has a cup size of H. not only are custom bras costly, but she'll be to her knees by 20. on top of all this, she is blessed with back problems that started for her when she was 15 years old (size D then). another one of my friends who has DD also has major back problems due to the size and weight of her breasts.
reductions are usually done for functional reasons. i can't say the same for implants.
