It's pretty safe to say that frotteurism is about the same in frequency as exhibitionism since they are both classified as criminal paraphilias. But I don't think it's as common as masochism. (All three are paraphilias.) She noted it made her feel weird, so I was reminded of this paraphilia. I was expanding on the possibilities of what it could be. All of the other options mentioned above are likely, but no one mentioned this.
