Casey Paus from Washington
He came in a few games ago and just lit everything up in place of Cody Pickett. Everyone at washington is talking about how good of a QB this guy is going to be. Watch for him!!
and The_Dude stole my other answer of Vince Young, either him or Marcus Vick will be the most highly recruited NFL QB's...heck they probably both will be when their time comes!
