I dont see the problem with fake breasts. I know a girl who has beautiful natural breasts but breast cancer runs in her family, so shes looking into getting them removed....and replacing them with implants. I dont know much about breast cancer, but if thats a way to avoid it...then I say it makes tons of sense.
