Ok, here is my basic problem:

I want to play the music video's and music from my computer, on my big ol stereo.

I have a reciever and everything on that end.
However, i need to know what would i need to run it from my computer to the TV and stereo? How expensive would it be, etc?
Also, if i dont have to open up the case that would be nice, what can i do??
