For me, the single greatest determining factor is how it's effecting the girl I'm with. I've had partners who looked as if they're reading the Yellow Pages, and that'll just take me forever to come; on the other hand, I've also had girls who have gone off like 4th of July fireworks and I've lasted only about a half an hour.
Of course, "Round Two" usually comes into play on those occasions..... Otherwise, I'd say that the average for me is usually a couple of hours.
