Sometimes I think it would be really neat to have a sawed-off to shoot out their tires with. Then, drive to a secluded area and then rip off the "paint" on your car to reveal a different color underneath (a la the movie Jackal). Oh and have a button that instantly changes your plates (a la James Bond).
