Bottom line, the NBA is different than it used to be. To make a long answer short, I grew up watching the Lakers during the early 80's. I have seen the game change dramatically and I have come up with one conclusion. Advancements in technology has provided players (thesedays) with the ability to get better. Therefore, the room for advancement is much greater thesedays, as compared to the 80's and prior to that.
