I guess the question is then, do you miss the sleep? Is it hurting you to sleep less, or is everything just fine?
I knew a guy who got into the groove with yoga and a vegetarian diet in a serious way -- and I mean really serious -- and he swore that he only wanted two or three hours of sleep a night. Of course with yoga and meditation you sometimes have a hard time determining what "sleep" really is.
