Did you know that you can soak that Epson printer by injecting rubbing alcohol into the ink chambers and they will unclog....I have been refilling and reloading for years on my Epson 860.
I believe you will find that only Epson and Canon have the print heads down in the machine---the others have the print head in the bottom of the cartrige..
