The Ripper from Unreal Tournament, which shoots spinning razor discs. Creative and effective.
There's a mod for BF1942 called Wasteland 2042. Overall it kinda sucks, but it has a makeshift weapon about the size of a rocket launcher that shoots a bunch of rebar spikes. That's enjoyable too.
