Initiation usually entails making a post in the Ladies' Lounge - then you're immidiately a part of the TFP women's clique.
So, it looks like you were initiated in early November :) Have fun finding your way around this place - don't get lost in the chaos. |

Btw, because of the broad range of template sets available on TFP, most custom font colors become basically unreadable for some readers on some templates. Because of that, most of us just stick to the basic default color. I don't want to suppress you, but there it is--generally speaking, folks around here don't mess with font color or size.
