i slice it thin, very thing, and pan fry it over high heat with a bit of butter, dill and onion. the juices seep out of the mean and make a sauce for it. it is delicious.

I get a porterhouse. I then poke holes into it and marinade it in a little Accent, Garlic powder, black pepper and Soy sauce for a few hours. Then...I coat the bottom of the frying pan with a little vegetable oil and pre-heat it. I sear it on both sides until the center is just a little pink. It's the BEST STEAK YOU'VE EVER TASTED!!! :)
