Hell yeah, Im all for the server!

Assault rocks my world, I was hoping they'd do something like that in an online FPS. Watching the fly through briefing for the train mission was getting me so pumped, then when it came to actually play I was foaming at the mouth.

As for the game, here are juju's likes and dislikes (just a quick list off the top o' the rabbit head):

Like:
Smooth video playback during game
Onslaught game mode
Updated textures

Dislike:
Bombing run: cannot shoot ball, then translocate to it.
Too many frickin colors! Is this a cartoon or something?
Weapon damage factors different

wow its pretty good, much better than UT2k3.

Hell yeah, the physics of the vehicles make up for all the shit that went on in UT2k3. Don't get me wrong, ut2k3 was a great game. However, it didn't have the really addictive nature that games like UT and BF1942 have. This game, on the other hand, is absolutely just as fun and addictive as both of those games combined.

Great demo, i like it verry much. The buggy's look a bit to Halo to me tough.

Yeah, it's funny how all four-wheeled off road vehicles with a gun mount look the same. :D

The only reason I mention this is because I read an article before UT2K4 came out and the writer was complaining that the UT guys had 'ripped off' Halo.

Gimmie a break. They're both great games with a few similarities.

exactly. I play both and I love both. just because they have similarities doesn't mean one is better or worse. you can't really vary it up much when you need a vehicle that has a mounted weapon on the back and needs to drive over mountains.

So when does this go on sale for real?

i cant help myself but the game feels old already ... i think halflife2 and doom3 will rock the house .. and for shooter fans is painkiller also very nice

It will probably be fun again witth different lvls

Also, in one of the loading screens i read "Leviathans, while very powerful, are vunerable to air attack."
so..... that should be neat.

How is this ANY different from UT2K3? The font, weapons, 2nd fire, players, items, everything looks the same?! What's the big deal? lol
