Forearms

What's the quickest way to build your forearm up? My forearms seem disproportionally small compared to my upper arm, and I'm not sure why.

Zottman curls, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls. If you're not sure what these are just google them.

Edit: I linked these to sites that explain them. I was in a hurry earlier, sorry.

Here's another great one: Cable roller

Forewarned is forearmed. Don't imagine that helps much, though.

ratbastid, it helps more than you could possibly imagine.

Dumb bell curls (i.e., free weights, not resting elbows) will also work the forearms as well as the bicep. I noticed a difference in my forearms once I started using free weights for my biceps.
