2011 Lamborghini Murcielago Preview
 

Here's a new preview on the 2011 Lamborghini Murcielago, with information on the new car, as well as some background history and competitors it will face. Also available is a photo / wallpaper gallery.

"Each decade Lamborghini presents a completely new supercar that aims at the leadership of its class. At the beginning of 2011, the Italian car will launch a successor for the currently in production Murciélago, that will try to attain the purpose of every Lamborghini ever, that of being better than the competitor from Maranello..."

looks mostly the same, just with some doubled up vents and exhaust? actually the vents look like doubled up gallardo vents

I was going to say the same thing Tech, doesn't seem to have anything too revolutionary, I'd almost say it could be interpreted as a a special edition Murc to the unknowing eye. I'll wait for some more concrete details before I go criticizing though :-P

(I'll add that I liked the old Murcielago, so I still like the looks, it just doesn't seem as revolutionary as they're trying for imo.)

I wouldn't turn it down as a gift.

So long as I didn't have to pay a gift tax on it either... but where to park that here in NYC. My garage charges extra for sports cars and SUVs...

That's really nice. I like how they have different rims on this one. Those regular lambo rims always bugged me.

I saw that exact one on the highway two days ago, and a black one the day after. Had no idea they were 2011's.

Honestly? It has very few cosmetic differences. I prefer the current one.

I'd put it in my house, better yet, my bedroom. :)

I like the details on this one better but the look hasn't changed too much. I wonder if they have any cup holders in this one. When I worked at a car parts store I had a customer come in with his Murcielago looking for cup holders, I was amused because my store was one of those crappy discount parts places. I have to say though, that color is sick...I would have to lose the wheels though. I also want to know how wide the stock back tire is..time to read!
