Need help figuring out this song
 

I have for a long time now been trying to track down this song that I hear every once in a while. Now I finally found a place where I can refer people to. It is in Austin Power: Internation man of mystery, starting at 27 min 45sec (based on the DVD it is the scene where Austin is landing then driving up to the hotel and checking in). If you can help solve this mystery for me it would be great.

Austin Powers original soundtrack. I haven't seen the movie in a long while, but that's the first place I'd check.

The song isn't in the soundtrack, if I could figure it out that way I would have I did look though. But thank you for your ideas.
