I gotta say, i've heard of all sorts of loopholes for letting raves happen, from being thrown under the protection of a proclaimed religion, declaring the property to be a church, and now this, requiring visas for entry to declare your own laws. etc...

They had me until child abuse and Russian mafia.

Never heard about this. Pretty cool.

They are doing something right. I guess if you took all of the college spring breakers, took the money/hotels/tours out of it, put all of the partiers in one place, and added a lot of techno music, you could get something like this.

I keep meaning to create a thread with all the music festivals around the world.... maybe I'll do that now.
