Lynyrd Skynard Concert...
 

Has anyone been to a Skynard concert within the last couple of years?? If so, how do they sound? Does the lead singer sound similar to the original? Im going with my family in march, I love there music (along with all classic rock) and Im looking foward to it, but im worried that it would be the same....

I've never seen them live even though they do a show down here (i live in Florida) seemingly once every 3 or 4 months and the radio dj's still seem to make a huge deal out of it. but back to the point, i've seen a few of their live performances on tv, most recently the grammy's, and i think he sounds close enough to his brother for it not to make too huge of a difference.

While I've never seen the original, I saw them last year in Providence and they sounded great. Hope you have a good time at the show.

Saw em last year in albany, and they put out a rocking show. No his voice isnt the same for anyone who knows Skynrd, but none the less, the show was worth every penny.
