Something Funny.....
 

last night i was at my friend's apartment with a couple other people. we had just started drinking and decided to play a drinking game....

the game itself is pretty easy. you have three dice and "Forfeit Cards", and you roll two dice. the next person has to decide whether or not what he rolls will be higher or lower. he gets two tries to guess correct. if not, then they have to draw a "Forfeit Card" with 6 forfeits, and rolls the other dice to see which forfeit he has to do on that card.

Well, i eventually had to get a forfeit card, and mine was something like "makeup of 4 liine poem for the person to your left." just before i started reciting my poem the one hanging lamp that we were using for light turned off by itself. we all thought that that was a little odd, and the second i finished my poem the light came back on.

it was just something a little strange. probably not the most exciting thing, but odd non-the-less.

That is pretty freaky. Are you sure nobody was playing a joke on you? where was the outlet for it? Maybe somebody sitting near it unplugged it then plugged it back in making you think something freaky was going on.

That happens often if the contact between the lamp and the holder is bad. Don't worry about it and screw the lamp in tight, but not so tight that it gets crushed in your hand.

the thing is, the light switch is on the other side of the room, a good 20 feet from where we were all sitting. the whole thing itself was just a little entertaining, a coincidence if anything.
