As atrios said, this is funny stuff

Prince of Darkness, Robert Novak
Quote:

On the CNN panel show, "Capital Gang," Novak expressed grave doubts about the CBS documents, then said: "I'd like CBS, at this point, to say where they got these documents from. They didn't get them from a CIA agent. I don't believe there was any laws involved. I don't think we'll have a special prosecutor, if they tell. I think they should say where they got these documents because I thought it was a very poor job of reporting by CBS...."

Fellow panelist, Al Hunt, from the Wall Street Journal, then replied: "Robert Novak, you're saying CBS should reveal its source?"

The transcript continues:

NOVAK: Yes.

HUNT: You do? You think reporters ought to reveal sources?

NOVAK: No, no. Wait a minute.

HUNT: I'm just asking.

NOVAK: I'm just saying in that case.

HUNT: Oh.

NOVAK: I think -- I think it's very important. If this is a phony document, the American -- the people should know about it.

HUNT: So in some cases, reporters ought to reveal sources.

NOVAK: Yes.

HUNT: But not in all cases.

NOVAK: That's right.

HUNT: OK. Mark Shields, what's the relevance of all this?

SHIELDS: A point well taken, Al.
For anyone who doesn't know, Robert Novak is the traitor who revealed the name of an undercover CIA agent who works exclusively with locating and learning about other countries weapons of mass destruction. Novak received this information from two sources high up in the whitehouse, as he himself said in his infamous column. He now refuses to reveal the source of the two traitors in the Bush administration who fed him this name. There is currently an imdependent prosecutor investigation going on to reveal how this information was acquired and which traitors revealed it.

I wonder why the liberal media isn't making more out of this whole special prosecutor situation? You'd think they'd be falling over themselves to bring bush down just like they did to clint- oh, wait, i'll just shut up now.

Yes, robert novak is a tool, literally.

Because they already did it to death when it came out?

Bias is great but you can only say the same story so many times.

He probably will never even recognize what he did or how bad it makes him look.

So you can be rational when it suits your purpose? Will wonders ever cease? ;)
