XP changes folder icons autmatically???
 

Hi, I have a folder for my KaZaA downloads, with a KaZaA icon, but once in a while, when I download a new song, it will just change it to a default folder icon. The reason is because of the pic that comes with the MP3. Is there any way of stopping that it does this?

here's a guess, might or might not work.

xp has a way of thinking that you ONLY use a folder for certain kinda files(like mp3's or video or pic's)

so, try this

right click inside the folder, go to properties

click on 'customize' tab.

make sure that it's set to 'documents of all type'
