Recipe Cucumber with yogurt....yum

    THIS is great, found the recipe somewhere !!

    CUCUMBER SALAD WITH CUCUMBERS
    2 med. cucumbers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. yogurt
    2 med. cloves garlic or minced garlic


    Peel cukes, slice 1/4" thick, combine all, cover and refrigerate till cold, serve.

    Yeah, many variations....but all great, we happened to have some sour cream, dill and yogurt...and had this with fillet mig we saw Giada make....pan seared finished in the oven and a mushroom gravy....tasted like a $150 meal at a high end steak house (for a total of about $60, bottle of wine and tip included (no tip)

    Sounds a bit different but I would try it. One thing I would not have been inclined to make or try on my own time was the spinach dip on the menu at work. Mainly a mixture of yogurt, mayonnaise, spinach and some salt for seasoning. Tastes pretty decent.
