DirecTv is having free HBO and Cinemax this weekend.

If you're a customer of DirecTv and don't have HBO and Cinemax, starting today and running through Monday morning they're showing for free.

Looks like there is a True Blood marathon, and the last two episodes of Game of Thrones (which I'm looking forward to).

Edit: Looks like it's through to Tuesday morning, so it's on for 4 days.

So how's the porn on Cinemax?
We got the free trial but I fell asleep before the Skinemax stuff came on last night.

 

The only thing that doesn't work well on, is the pay movies you buy. You can dvr them, but they won't last on the dvr long.
Found that out the hard way. I bought a movie, didn't have time to watch it right then, and for a few days afterward I kept putting off watching it.
When I went to watch it, it was blank.

To be perfectly honest, though, the recording might have been fucked from the get-go.

It's a bit of a meh. It's barely above an "R" rating, and the stories are laughably bad. Just record them if you can, and fast forward. Lot of obvious naked dry-humping.
