House Build

    Anyone build their own house here? I have and liked it so much I want to do another. Would like to bounce ideas off of some intelligent people.

    It did, I like to say the naysayers are wrong. Took me a full year, but I have 2400 sq ft with the full basement, an extra deep 2 stall garage, and plenty of land to keep me busy. I love my house but I am on a windy location and want to build somewhere lower elevation. However, the past few days I have been getting turned down on all my land offers so maybe I need to somehow quiet the house I live in and deal with wind. Light sleeper + Windy State + Many spring/summer storms = no sleep at night.

    That's pretty awesome for you that it went successfully. If you have any progress pics you are willing to share (if not, no harm) I'd be interested in seeing them.
