Lingerie question

Discussion in 'Tilted Life and Sexuality' started by fflowley, Oct 13, 2017.

fflowley Don't just do something, stand there!

    A question regarding ladies lingerie:

I am looking at buying a sexy body stocking for my wife.
She is petite: 5 foot 4 about 115 pounds.
The items I see online all seem to be one size fits all.
Is this really possible? Is it really going to fit someone on the smaller side? Any brands/sites I'm missing that make the pieces in different sizes?
    Thanks.

My guess is yes. Generally, the material used for something like a body stocking is a very stretchy knit of some kind. Look at the composition of the material, and if it has lycra or elastane alongside a stretchy synthetic or cotton, it's very possible for it to be one size fits all.

DISCLAIMER: I cannot speak from personal experience on this one, as my wife wears sweatpants and heavy clothing to bed at all times.

At least she wears shorts. :)

Mine covers up as much as possible, even in summertime.

On a side note, when I started looking for pictures of women bundled up for this Photoshop, I ran across this picture of an Eskimo woman:

Speaking from the petite point of view (5' 1" 108 lbs) I'd try to find someplace that sell petite or junior petite lingerie. A standard one-size-fits-all, even if it turns out to be snug enough will have arms and legs way too long, and probably the torso as well. Even a girl's size 12 or 14 (if you can find something sexy) would probably fit her well. I get a pretty good fit with junior 3-5. Even Boys size 14 jeans fit my scrawny little butt well.

I usually just wear a men's large long sleeve tee-shirt, sometimes a "western" shirt (snaps instead of buttons) and... well, that's it.:D Long sleeve, because we like a cool bedroom, and my arms get cold.

We were looking for the, ahem, crotchless variety so juniors may not be appropriate but I will try adding petite to the search.....

Junior sizing is not about age as it is about style and body shape. You'll find quite a bit of sexy clothing in junior sizes. It's made for a girl/woman with a body that is more like a teen than a woman. Read less developed or less hefty. Less "busty" and "hippy," a body closer to cylindrical than hourglass shape.

    Thank you.
I doubt that I will ever understand the sizing of women's clothing.

Nor will I. I wear anything from a small to xl, a 4 to a 12 it depends on who makes it, how much stretch, and what it's made out of. It's ridiculous. For the most part, I wear basic Vicky's underwear and bras, with some special fabric lovelies. I don't wear anything to bed. Ever. Well.... Unless I have parents around. Then I'll wear a tank top once I'm in bed. I'm starting to like my body a little more, so I plan to branch out soon...
