Russian leaders, "But how do we know the hacks are coming from Ukraine?"

Russian intelligence, "We recognize their work."

    Russian leaders, "How?"

Russian intelligence,"We recruited them, & trained them."

Russian leaders, "So they know our computer systems?"

Russian intelligence, "You could say that, but we don't like to."

If I had the mad skills of @MeltedMetalGlob I could make the above extremely funny.

If we've gotten this far that it is in the news, you know damn well that Smith and his team, if not the whole DOJ, DHS and CIA are drilling down into it.
Perhaps the findings will make the FL judge change her tone and tune.

That's got implications even beyond all the others...OR makes what was found altogether even more impacting and significant.

Alexei Navalny, the fiercest foe of Russia's Putin, has died, Russian authorities say

    Well, no shit!
He was a fool for going back.

They poisoned him BEFORE he returned...proven.
And when he went back, they immediately imprisioned him...with a sham case.
And slowly made it worse and worse for him.

He should have stay away and made waves from outside Russia.
    A shame.

Russia is still proving itself, a dick.
    the leadership, that is.

I'm hoping Biden get reelected so that he can kick out the incompetent shit-for-brains, & the pro-Trumpers in the CIA, & the Secret Service. I would love to see criminal prosecution against the officials who knowingly hindered Biden illegally.

The sad news something like this goes so deep it's much easier to forgive than to fight. Much like the efforts to prosecute NPD Trump.

    Russia isn't just a bully, it's a scam artist.
It's mantra is "chaos to the enemy".
Not just propaganda influencing the masses...but direct bribes. (probably using cryptocurrency like bitcoin, because it's untraceable and encrypted)

And its targets are falling behind...the US and EU (and others)
Congress, legislators, courts, counter-intelligence and police...can't keep up (and they may be corrupted and bribed themselves)

Russia has no rules, no ethics, no hesitation - just CONSTANT hits and improvements of methods. - huge funding too.

Again, WHY aren't they punching back
And WHY aren't thet investigating the corrupted and indicting them???

Russia doesn't mind the lag.

Secret Russian foreign policy document urges action to weaken the U.S.

So basically what I've been saying for quite some time, Russia's motto is now, "Chaos to our enemy".
All this does is formalize the mindset.

And it's not just the US that's a target, but many NATO or Western nations...or anything that's an inconvenience to them.

China, NK and Iran are doing the same.
Iran is focusing on Israel, NK on SK and China on anyone they can leverage to get money, resources or intellectual property.

Question is, will the target nations finally put some money and resources into stopping it.
And can they outlast the national assholes, before they attack each other or collapse into themselves.

In this global world, there are too many sources of $$$ and trade to stop them completely.
So basically they have to shoot themselves in the foot and fold.

That's the only way that this will stop.
But I do hope they start calling out the manipulation and bullshit more.

Now these are the kind of stories that get hidden in the mass of media.
What would normally be a scandal, it's a blur....can't see the forest through the trees.

I think the key point is...not just Chump got Russian funds. But others in the GOP too were connected to this guy, including McConnell.

Please note that he was pardoned once by Chump, only to be convicted AGAIN for more crimes (and tried by a judge appointed by Mr. T...and lost the appeal too)

How much Russian $$$ is floating around??
How long has it been going on?
How many politicians have been influenced?

It's not just propaganda and hacking...but direct bribery...or indirect by cryptocurrency and other laundering methods.

I know this...the Russian embassy will get an even bigger welcome at the White House than it did the first time Chump won.

I think I see some cleverness in how the money is being distributed.

$25K is not a huge amount of money these days.*

If the Russians provide $25K per source through 10 sources we're at $250K.

If they do that 10 times we're at $2.5M.

Yes, the small payments that fly under the radar add up very quickly. Suppose those $25K payments go through 100 sources, maybe a 1,000 sources.

    * Feel free to send me $25K at my earliest convenience :D, in separate payments under $10K ;).

My question is why there's not an investigation into this??

Probably because the authorities and agencies have a dominant presence of complicit conspirators
...and they're repressing it or muddying the waters.

Proof is a hard thing to get if you've got insiders hiding things or redirecting.
Then fellow complicit people creating skepticism about anything strange.

    Happens all the time...

The Russians have found our Achilles heel.

Russia's 'brazen' sabotage campaign intensifies across Europe — NBC News

Funny, because this has been going on for over a decade.
Since before Chump got in with Russian assistance.

It’s the M.O. now, been for a while.
And not just the US and Europe.

And yet the media acts surprised.

    It’s not communism, that’s a red herring.
It’s just like the movie Clue says,
It’s about making money and gaining power and influence.
Letting your weak national, undermine the strong.
    Taking what you want.

    SSDD
It’s been that way since Stalin
There was just a brief lull during the 90’s

They’re just doing it with computers and the internet now.
    And we’re allowing it.

Xi Tells Putin China-Russia Ties Should Last ‘Generations’

Wow, look at that picture. Worth a 1000 words.
But I think it's the first time I've seen Putin seemingly suck up to someone.
Xi is striding along..."listening" to Putin...but not engaged.
Putin turning, trying to tell a story... (usually, he's in a position of total control)

Putin is in more trouble than he's letting on.
Xi is on top of his world. At least by comparison.

The power dynamics is fascinating...and may indicate consequences.
    We'll see...

Looking at the picture...two things jump out at me.

How tall Xi is, and/or how short Putin is.

Putin must've skipped his make-up appointment, he look really old.

Yes, Xi looks like he's "listening" to someone he judges unimportant telling a boring story.

You would think Russia doesn't want to draw attention to their reduced Olympic status.

Mentioning the Olympics and Russia...fuck the IOC for caving, even if they only partially caved.
