Sometimes people are a special kind of stupid and you almost have to chuckle.

    Just read this in the local police blotter:

    Here is what I picture happened. Two brothers out on the town having a good time. Whoever's car they were in decided he was sober enough to drive over protests from his brother. They get stopped and the other brother says "Don't risk it, I'm sober, switch me spots." So they climb all over each other trying to switch places, doing so not nearly as smoothly as they think they are. So the police give them both sobriety tests and they both fail. OOPS! Now you each get a DUI.
