Can't see the video but I really enjoy Gordon's British shows (especially F Word) while I really dislike his American shows like Hell Kitchen.
On BBC he's witty, spontaneous and fairly good natured.
The American shows go for formulaic ranting and raving. Same stupid thing over and over again.

I do agree with you Fflowley - he is so much more likeable and natural on the BBC series. F-Word was pretty good!
