FWIW (though I'm not a woman), I've done it a couple of times with girls who were into it. Wasn't bad. Kind of fun. Nothing I'd go out of my way for, though: I generally prefer it when my come ends up inside the girl (one place or another); or failing that, inside the condom inside the girl. Totally not worth it, IMO, to have to pull out and try to finish artistically or whatever. I'm a guy (obviously) and I don't get the appeal. I think it's degrading, gross and kind of pointless. My lady likes seeing me fap, and she loves it when I do it on her. Like Snowy said, tits, yes; face, no.

 

I never felt degraded by it, although I do think the logic behind it is to degrade...particularly when it's done in porn. I don't enjoy either doing or watching those types of blowjobs. So much of porn these days is oneupsmanship. It seems like sometimes how hot something is is irrelevant - it's all about how 'hardcore' they can be. It becomes tiring...and boring. I'm much too practical for modern porn. I like orgasms and I'm ok with masturbating to the same clips I liked ten years ago.
