hahah, why is it that the video is strangely uplifiting? I don't care much for football, even though I used to play it, but that was so hard to believe. So I'm gonna have to go ahead and say:

Backwards or sideways, not forward.

once past the line of scrimmage you can pass backwards anytime you want. Behind the line. Not forward. Only forward if you are behind the line of scrimmage. (the spot the ball starts the play at)
