This is nuts. Especially the price.

I'd consider living there. Depends on the location and other factors.

i think that is about the same square footage as my sunroom.

For Toronto it's actually about what you'd expect. Housing costs are brutal in that city.

I don't know if I'd want to live in a house that's only 7'3" wide, though. That hallway looks pretty narrow.

That'd be dirt cheap here, even with the horrible market. It's really kinda spunky*.

Exactly, for a home in the city...I'd consider it, provided the location is good and my life situation would allow for such small accomodations.

Spunky, that's a good choice.

The house needs a huge sound system. Just because, its spunky.

I'd totally live there. My only question is what does it need two satellite dishes for?

One of the cutest houses I've seen here in St. John's was only 11 feet wide and it was a three storey rowhouse.

I started feeling uncomfortable and clusterphobic just looking at the pictures...and I don't suffer from clusterphobia. I would never live in that house.

The location on this isn't the greatest but it isn't all that bad either. There is another tiny house, slightly bigger than this one, down on Niagara Street right in the centre of things... I'd much rather live in that one.

I am not current on housing costs in Toronto but I seems a little expensive. This is 300 sq ft. and a 900 sq ft. condo used to go for less that 3 x that cost.

My wife just pointed out that we paid 5k more for our semi with two bedrooms and a basement just 10 years ago... and its in a much better part of town.

my house is almost 3x that size !.........

That actually looks just fine for one person, or maybe two.
