I love the tactic- the squirt intimidating the 800 lb gorilla.

So if you were the gorilla, what would you do? Push the claim through, bury him with paperwork and crush this upstart at a financial loss while simultaneously sending a message to other would-be squirts? Or cut your losses, avoid exposing your groundless intimidation game, and pick on somebody else?
