Guy pulls over a cop.

Kind of slow at first, and lots of bad language, but pretty funny.

I'd turn this into a drinking game for how many times the guy swears but any participant would die from alcohol poisoning.

Cops should not and DO not have the right to speed unless it is police duty and they have lights flashing. (edit: Actually I believe it's 10mph over without lights in KY) It's extremely dangerous, especially this cop doing 90mph without lights. That guy has balls of steel and he's an asshole breaking the law too, but I think he should have sent that to his local media and had the officer reprimanded.

Reminds me of...

The kid in the civic is clearly an asshat, but I can't remember the last time I saw a police officer that was obeying the rules of the road.

It was funny as f***. Isn't a citizens arrest possible? I've never actually heard of one being done ...

The cop didn't commit a felony, so I don't think so.

Speeding isn't a felony*?

*I really don't know what felony is classified as.

I've heard stories about certain really fast speeding tickets were felonies, but nothing concrete. He's more likely to get it for nearly smashing into people or causing accidents.

Yeah, cops are right up there with bicyclists.

I can't stand seeing cops making illegal turns, taking one way roads the wrong way, speeding, etc. Can I get arrested for saying "hey, uh, you can't do that" ?
This guy has balls to do this, I can't afford to get arrested so I won't be pulling any stunts like he did.

I loved the last 40 seconds where he's outside of the car standing in fromt of the patrol car, and rattles the camera from his shivering, and ends this stunt with a peaceful "Have a nice day".

Personally I think the guy in the Civic was being an idiot. Fine, you are upset about a cop speeding? get the number of the patrol car and file a complaint, don't break the law YOURSELF and risk endangering MORE civilians.
