My cereal isn't on the chart, though I suppose you could swap it out for the Kashi Go Lean.

Grape Nuts doesn't exactly taste like gravel, but it does have that sort of texture.

Its smell is what really defines it, and because of it, you get the distinct feeling like you are eating dog food out of a cereal box.
