Earthquake on TFP. Did anyone else just feel that?
Is everyone okay?
Felt it. Wondered what happened. But we're back, so no worries. ::grins::
I wet my underoos.
Sorry... I had gas.
I got scared for a second, afraid it was another crash.
I was so displeased. Now all seems okay. :knocking frantically on wood:
Is Hal online now to save us from perishing?

Heh. My cable connection dropped me a few days ago while I was on TFP, and I nearly shit myself.
Funny how we're all on edge now.... The way this works (and I speak from experience) is that the site will chug along just great for a long time, long enough for us all to forget about any of this crashing stuff. Halx will probably feel like it's stable enough that making backups is optional. Then when we least expect, it... **BOOM**. |
omg D:
the fear of losing all the brillant posts i made D: |
The horror.... the horror...
earthquake huh? We didn't feel it over here... Does anyone know what it registered at on the Richter scale?
i slept through it, i hope everyone is ok.
your all wierd :)
I've noticed it slows down a lot (could be my end)
And I tried to make about 5 posts late last night, but nothing happened after hitting "Submit Reply" - progress bar always stopped halfway. |
I now hand transcribe each post, just so I can have them in my bunker if and when the next crash happens.
*scribbling frantically* |
maybe it's just me, but i've noticed tfp will get slower when more users are on the boards...
I'm glad I missed it, I don't think I could handle the scare right now !
I was pissed that I might have to start over with my post count again, but everything worked out OK.
Was in class taking a test at the time. Didn't know anything had happened. *shrug*
