heres the questions I am stuck on, can anyone give me some ideas i cant think of anything :(

"Describe a time when you have used your initiative to improve a situation?"

"Tell us about a time when you have faced opposition or obstacles when putting forward an idea. Describe how you approached this"

"Describe the most challenging situation you have found yourself in. What made this challenging, and how did you cope?"

Well, it'd help knowing what kind of a job you're looking for, but here goes:

Quote:

"Describe a time when you have used your initiative to improve a situation?"
Have you ever seen something at work and decided to try to make it better, speed things up, do less work with the same results? Use that as an example.

Quote:

"Tell us about a time when you have faced opposition or obstacles when putting forward an idea. Describe how you approached this"
Have you ever suggested an idea or improvement to a boss/co-worker and been told that things are fine the way are, or that your improvement wasn't necessary? Use that as an example.

In your last job, or in school, have you ever had to work with a difficult person, or a tight deadline on a project. How did you make the outcome positive?

With the other questions, you can apply events at school if the same questions apply.

You honestly can't think of anything? All I can say is whatever you end up saying for these responses, be truthful....unless, of course, you are a really good bullshitter. If you are not truthful or are embelishing the details, a good interviewer will sniff that out. Whatever you do, don't say, "I don't know." Good luck.

goddfather40 is right. I was apart of a set of interviews a few days ago and we could tell who was bullshitting us. Just take your time and think about it. If you can't think of anything, maybe the job doesn't fit you and you should try something else. Good luck with it all.
