it appears I have not posted in several weeks

I did come back recently cos I wanted to say something about running. This time I wanted to ask a how-to question...

My main interests are running and drinking at the moment, so I'll have to look around for the sub-interests like music. Maybe I'd best try for the music ...

cheers,

I figure you can't just keep running forever, so when you take a rest you can sip a drink and try out the music related stuff here...or you might find a moment to add quantity and maybe even quality to "the longest thread"...or maybe even take a guess in the "where in the world am I" thread. As you might guess from my suggestions, I seem to be attracted to serious nonsense.

Btw, I like flowers in hats but I don't believe I've ever seen a geranium in a hat.

cheers.

awesome, thanks. I'm working out my notice now so hopefully will have more time to generally hang out soon.
With the running, I'm good for 10K no problems, but I'm trying to get faster by doing the walk, jog, sprint, repeat thing. NZ Army thinks you should be able to do 2.4K in 10 minutes or something, which I thought I'd see if I could hit. Anyway, another thread for that.

The quote is from some geezer in the Michael King History of NZ, think it was during the depression in the 30's ... possibly becoming more appropriate daily.
