I'm a former lurker of about a month and I admit that I really freaked when TFP was temporarily lost to us. I am soooo happy it's back. I registered right away and Halx - the check's in the mail, Thank YOU!

Man am I "Glad" to be back!! Its good to see some of the old names and some new ones here.

I wanted to reach a post count of 1000 and I got close (890's) in the last TFP when all of sudden I'm back to 1 again. Its fine with me as long as I know TFP is there when I click the links button! I guess I better get back to racking up the posts count again!!

Hal, thanks for the hard work. It would have been a shame losing what TFP was before. Imagine what it could be in the future!!

I'd just joined when TFP went down, wasn't sure what was going on, glad I checked in again. My screen name is supposed to be "HiThereDearJohn", but I'm a dumbass and somehow pressed submit before I typed it out completely. I'm just starting my adult life at 24, a little slow, but I got there. I drink, smoke weed, but thank god I at least quit smoking cigarettes. I've lived mainly in Los Angeles, but I've also moved around the country a little bit and lived abroad for a while. I'm about to transfer to UC Irvine (unless I get into UC Berkeley or UCLA) for English, and from there. . . don't know.

I live in DC and my vow is to be more active on this site. I used to only check out the pics and links, but I really like the other forums that I have been looking through today. Next step will be to start our own state (Will anyone really miss the Dakota's?) and all live there in harmony! :)
