Just click the quote box in the bottom right and you'll get their message quotes in your text box. If you want to quote their entire message then don't touch it or edit it, just write what you want and hit Post.
If you want to edit their post, to narrow it down to a single sentence or something, edit it, but make sure that there is no space between the ] and the first letter of their post, and also that there is no space between the [ and the last letter of their post. Basically it should look like (subtituting ( and ) for [ and ]: (QUOTE=Medusa99)The few times I've tried to use the quotation boxes, it doesnt work. Can someone please enlighten me as to correct usage? Thank you.(/QUOTE) and not (QUOTE=Medusa99) The few times I've tried to use the quotation boxes, it doesnt work. Can someone please enlighten me as to correct usage? Thank you. (/QUOTE) I hope that helps you out, but if it just doesn't just say so and we'll get to the bottom of it Last edited by Rlyss; 01-08-2005 at 07:07 AM.. |
