Hello.

Three weeks ago I started power walking (to help my diabeties) for 1 1/2 hrs everyday. I am trying to keep my blood sugars down . One morning I noticed I had a small cyst on my labia. The next day it was three times it's size and VERY painful. It started going away four days later and just before it dissappeared another one came out. I went to my primary care doctor and I saw a two GYN doctors. They said , "We don't want to touch them just take hot baths and they will shrink. Well I started the baths immediately. I averaged four to six a day. I swear that the hot baths are making them worse. I now have 6 (YES SIX) and I feel like I just delivered three babies. I cannot even sit down comfortably. Well, the walking has stopped completely because the doctor thinks it;s caused because of the sweating. I'm not even sure if it's from the walking or from heated sex. All I know is that I have these cyst invading my body and I want them gone. I put myself on vicodin (left over from a past knee surgery) because the pain is overwhelming. I'm not sleeping and I 'm getting very depressed .

I am hoping to get suggestions from other woman who have had the same problem.

ok..first I have to post this little warning:

THE PROCEDURE BELOW WILL GROSS SOME PEOPLE OUT.
I had the same problem a few years ago and there's a relatively simple remedy.
Buy a product called 'Boil-Eaze' at the pharmacy. Do the following just before bedtime.
First, as the doctor said, apply a compress, as hot as you can stand it (I should mention that for best results, remove hair from the area first).
While the cysts are still warm, apply a liberal amount of the Boil Eaze to each cyst. Immediately put on cotton undies and go to bed.
The next morning, you SHOULD see major white mountains where the cysts were. Break'em.(Now, I need to warn you here. Break them IN the tub or over the toilet as they will be loaded with gunk.) Immediately apply peroxide to the now-open cysts. Shower, wash, you should be good to go.
