Lantos, the chairman of ThinkFilm, said that the company will appeal the rating.

I've never seen an NC-17 movie before (in the theater)...guess there's always a time to start. Personally, the thought of Colin Firth in any kind of sex scene means I'll go see the movie. While I might not really get excited about seeing him with Kevin Bacon too...it's not going to stop me.

It sounds like this movie will be full of sexy.

I could go for colin firth....BIG TIME, not big on kevin bacon though...oh the sacrifices I make to see a sexy man

Evidently the movie has lots of gratuitous nudity. YAY!

This movie will be on a limited release in the US starting October 21st.

oh well CRAP...no way am I gonna be able to see it then!!! (Atlanta usually gets the limited release movies....but thats 8 days before the wedding lol)

Firth was very sexy in The Girl with the Pearl Earring. This movie makes it sound like we are not going to be disappointed again. I'm not a huge fan of Kevin Bacon, but it could prove to be interesting nonetheless.

I love the scene where he proposes to Elizabeth in Pride and Prejudice...and the scene where he comes out of the pond...

And I love him fighting Hugh Grant in Bridget Jones...and him and Bridget kissing at the very end of the first movie...

I have a lot. I'll stop now.

Wow, perhaps I'm the only lady here who thinks Kevin is hot. I don't think I've seen an NC-17 either (was Eyes Wide Open R or NC17?). Sounds interesting...hubby may have to be forewarned should we see it though

I think Colin Firth is just about one of the most charming, sexy men alive.
