a stab at political cartooning
unique characterization of "W".
I've never seen him done quite like that before... |
Except for the off-topic fact that this caricature is wholly inaccurate, I like the style. I can't stand all those caricatures that use black grids to represent shades of gray. It's the 21st centuary. How hard can it be to use real gray?
good concept, might wanna practice drawing "W" some more
I hear ya. It's so freakin' hard to draw George W and NOT make it look like one that's already been done.
right, exactly.
I appreciate the uniqueness of your vision and would never try to apply some arbitrary external standard to an artist's singular view. Everyone had advice about how to paint sunflowers for Vincent van Gogh... |
I like how everything is a graph, and then there's the two towers.
the surplus arrow is not steep enough
creative and true
i would like to see other things falling besides just what is in the graphs as statistics. i think you hit it well with the trade centers, maybe if you could incorporate some other visual elements that fell under his office? just a suggestion.
he reminds me of Moe the bartender from the Simpsons. Is he wearing a western shirt to suggest being a cowboy?
The twin towers and the down arrow is nuts. It works well tho. You actually don't need a punch line on the bottom. The visual with him grinning with a thumbs up is strong enough. |
Nice concept. Everything is down including real income.
great 1st try. the graphs are awsome. hope to see more in the future....
um, id have an erect penis falling down as well... thats just me
I like Bush, and as true as the towers picture is...that wasn't his fault. You can blame him for the other stuff, but not the towers.
